SLOAN is a ready-to-wear collection of wardrobe essentials celebrating the complexities of femininity. We are on a mission to democratize style, demystify taste and equip women with the power of dress - which we believe is transformative. Established in 2020 by Julia Sloan, our mission is to create garments that make women's lives easier. Each piece is expertly tailored with lasting fabrics while the designs balance sophistication with pragmatic utility. Our pieces give space to inhabit the complex dimensions of women’s lives.
SLOAN is centered on the pillars of empathy, humanness, and care. Our brand was created with the vision of supporting women in every aspect. Sloan has helped to build an "at-home" production network of female artisans in Mexico. This initiative empowers them to earn flexible, continuous income while staying home to care for their families and households. We believe in small-batch, nimble production that ensures every garment is created with purpose and care, enforcing a business model that provides sustainable and ethical practices.

We strive to minimize unnecessary creation, overproduction, and waste. Instead of following traditional fashion cycles, we release products through thoughtful drops, enabling you to build a versatile, long-lasting, and functional wardrobe that suits your lifestyle.

Our designs are not just clothes but solutions—pieces that address the needs of multifaceted women, allowing them to feel fully expressed while building sustainable wardrobes.
